Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a standard refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
